Buy a Maquette
A maquette is the artist’s rough working model for a sculpture, used to work out composition, pose, etc. Wallen sometimes finishes his maquettes to become small replicas of his monumental bronze sculptures. He has authorized an edition of 25 numbered maquettes for Spirit of the Rivers, each approx.22 inches high. The price for each is $7500, of which 20% ($1500) will be donated to the Spirit of the Rivers non-profit organization for their continued maintenance of the monument.
